Gears
Black Pear is able to supply from its partners a full range of metric and imperial gears from low to medium volume for OEM or breakdown. We can either work to your technical drawings or reverse engineer from your sample (s).
We offer all gear manufacturing processes including shaving, hobbing, grinding and shaping and can source all types and forms of gear from small to large.
Machined Parts
Bespoke machined parts according to customer specification, fully finished including all surface and heat treatments to include:-
- Turning
- Milling
- Grinding
- Deep Hole Boring
- CNC Machining
- Honing
- Broaching
Die Casting
We offer from our global sources a wide range of die cast parts (either pressure or gravity) in aluminium or zinc.
Tooling can either be provided by the customer, for existing parts or new tooling manufactured and designed by our partners.
Castings and Forgings
From our supply partners, we can offer a vast range of ferrous and non-ferrous castings (sand, investment, lost wax) and forgings (closed or open die), both from low to high volume. These can be supplied either fully machined or raw.
Tooling can either be provided by the customer for existing parts or new tooling manufactured by our partners.
Pressings
A wide range of pressings are available as are assemblies varying from simple to complex forms according to customer requirements.
Plastic Components
We offer a full range of plastic components sourced worldwide including vacuum formed parts, injection mouldings, GRP components.
Parts can be produced from your own tools or from our tools which we can design and manufacture on your behalf.
Rapid Prototyping
Through our English managed partners in China and the UK, we are able to offer a highly competitive and professional rapid prototyping service, with the capability to take new products through to full manufacture. We can provide initial production quantities and tooling.
